Orders

Completing checkout places an order. We confirm by email and that confirmation is our acceptance. If an item proves unavailable afterwards we contact you and refund what was paid for it.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees. The product price appears on the product page and applicable delivery charges appear before checkout is completed. Payment is by UPI or Cash on Delivery only. An obvious pricing error may be corrected before dispatch, in which case we contact you and you may cancel.

Tax

The Arty Tree is not registered for GST. The business operates below the applicable GST registration threshold, so GST is not charged separately on any order, and we cannot issue a GST tax invoice bearing a registration number. An order invoice is included with the parcel; it is not a GST tax invoice.

Delivery

Within India only. Estimates are 3–6 business days to metro cities and 5–10 business days elsewhere, being 1–2 business days of handling plus courier transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Returns and cancellations

Cancellation is free before dispatch. Returns follow the Return and Refund Policy: tell us within 10 days of delivery, and report damage or a missing item within 48 hours.

Product information

Items are described using the measurements and counts printed on them or their packaging. Choosing the right item for your purpose is your decision; we can help you compare against the specifications listed but we do not survey, specify or advise beyond them. Colours can look different between a screen and the item in hand, and where a set is described as assorted we pick from the shades in stock. We are a retailer and not the manufacturer of anything listed here.

Warranty and liability

We add no warranty of our own; where a product page states one, it applies on its own terms. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law. Where permitted by law, our liability for a product-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, courts in Thane, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction.
